Now to figure it out...
first of all we KNOW the answer isn't a) or d) (because we're multiplying by 4, Not adding by 4), so know we must figure it out between b) or c)
it says to use a table, but you can use your calculater for this one
step one: lets look at the last digit of each number and find a PATTERN.

Now step 2: take 107 and divide it by two
.0 means its 6, 0.5 means its 4
107/2=53.5
